Course Overview
The class will provide an opening active meditation and a soft introduction to Wu Hao Tai Chi. In addition to basic body positioning and flow, the class will introduce Tai Chi’s philosophical tenets and help participants notice how inner energy (Chi) and external forces can work together. These principles include:
Mindfulness and Intention
Relaxation and Sinking
Controlled Breathing
Understanding/Utilizing Chi and Dantian
Mind-Body Connection
As an introductory course, students of all backgrounds and levels of experience are welcome. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable exercise clothing and indoor shoes (preferably with flat soles). The venue will not provide water, so a personal water bottle is recommended.

Price of Admission
The price of admission for individual classes/labs is $30.00. Attendees will be asked to provide payment at the door prior to the class/lab starting.
Payment with cash or through Venmo/Zelle is accepted.
